NOAA Agrees - Somewhat - With Our Chimp

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced today its partial agreement with Dr. James Hansimian, chimp prognosticator, when it predicted 8-14 Atlantic hurricanes this season.

Dr. Hansimian predicted 6-8.

In making a more narrow prediction, Dr. Hansimian showed himself more willing than NOAA to go out on a limb.
