NAACP, Feds Are Fine With Some Kinds of Discrimination

Since the NAACP and the Obama Administration apparently believed it would be a firing offense for a federal employee to discriminate against a white farmer, why are they just fine with elite colleges receiving federal funds discriminating against Asian-Americans?
