Project 21 Chairman Mychal Massie debates Ellis Henican of Newsday on the future of Social Security. Ellis Henican says to raise payroll taxes; Mychal says that will kill jobs and hurt economic growth.

Mychal prefers letting people invest part of their payroll taxes privately while perhaps raising the retirement age for future retirees.
