Deneen Borelli of Project 21 points out that Google, Inc. may have a conflict of interest regarding the company’s investments in green technology that benefit Google board member John Doerr. Deneen adds that this “sleepy board” mentality regarding potential conflicts is all too common among companies and is lets down a company’s shareholders.  This discussion with host Steve Doocy comes from the 6/3/11 edition of “Fox and Friends” on the Fox News Channel.
