Shrinking Defense Budget In a Dangerous World Requires Savvy Strategy

As I write in a piece for The Hill’s Congress blog today, at a time when budgets are tight and risks are high, we need a smarter missile defense approach than the one President Obama calls for in his budget.

Especially taking into account events taking place just days ago, the Obama budget approach looks woefully outdated.
