Voter ID Cards are Good in Kenya, White House Says - So Why Not Here?

Sharp-eyed Jeryl Bier at the Weekly Standard has noticed the vacationing White House in Africa is bragging about America's role in promoting voter ID cards in Kenya.

Not so long ago this Administration was claiming voter ID is a scheme to disenfranchise voters.

Which is it, White House? Are voter ID cards good or bad?
